Golden milk chia pudding

- 1 tspoon tumeric
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 6 seeds cardamom
- 1 cm ginger grated
- 2 tspoon honey
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 600 ml milk I use almond milk
- 1 vanilla stick
- 2 tblspoon chia seeds
Heat the milk.
Halve the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Add them to the milk.
Grate the ginger and also add it to the milk, along with the cinnamon stick, honey, turmeric, cardamom and black pepper. Cardamom seeds I carve in half with a knife so that they better release their aroma)
After 10 minutes turn of the heat and pour the milk through a sieve.
Put 2 tablespoons chia seeds into the milk and divide over two pots.
Let cool down slightly.
